TRILOGY OF FAITH II: MOHAMET (2009)

Concepts such as belief, identity and self through belief, limits of worship and fanaticism, terror, the culture of fear/threat/intimidation, artistic freedom are questioned in MOHAMET.

In addition, paradoxical symbols and colour-coded configurations are used, leading to conflict and conceptual friction, meeting with religion, the ubiquitous presence of visual art (via an range of various media) and underground violence (any time, anywhere).

Hitting 'home' (literally) when less expected, with the potential threat of blowing people's supposedly steel beliefs, words, sense of self, peace and hopes in a blink of an eye, danger only offers a 'blank page' for the artist to reflect on and create.
